We offer personal training as well as a variety of fitness classes to help you reach your strength training goal.

CARDIO FITNESS

Our gym includes a variety of cardio machines and high intensity studio classes.

MIND & BODY

We pride ourselves in our friendly community. Come in for a walk in tour or grab a refreshing shake!

AQUATIC

We offer wave aerobics, water aerobics, and aqua Zumba to accommodate for all fitness levels.

This is a great workout facility! There’s everything you could want here – weights, classes, a pool, good machines, nice locker rooms, and even a juice/protein drink bar!
