CYCLE & CYCLE EXPRESS: Group cycling to music, all levels welcome
ABS EXPRESS: 15 minutes of hardcore abs!
BODY BLAST: Total body workout with barbell and free weights set to music which challenges all fitness levels.
POUND®: CARDIO JAM SESSION INSPIRED BY THE INFECTIOUS, ENERGIZING AND SWEAT-DRIPPING FUN OF PLAYING THE DRUMS.
FOREVER FIT: A 45 min class that incorporates weights and low impact moves.
CORE STRONG: 30 minute class to strengthen the core muscles, using a variety of equipment to challenge the whole mid-section.
SILVER AND FIT : Designed for older adults that want to stay active. this will help with to improve muscle function and cardiovascular fitness.
SENIOR STRETCH: Designed to help beginners and seniors gain flexibilty in the muscles.
CARDIO KICKBOXING: A high energy class that includes a variety of mixed martial arts disciplines. you will burn major calories in this cardio inspired class.
PILATES: Focuses on core strength, flexibilty, and posture. all levels.
STRENGTH ACADEMY : Increase overall strength while simultaneously increasing stamina and endurance
WATER AEROBICS: A 60 min exercise class in a heated pool, a good class for beginners.
WAVE AEROBICS: A 60 min advanced water aerobics class. this is a high energy class.
HOT YOGA: A powerful, athletic yoga class in a room heated between 85 and 90 degrees. the heat will provide for a detoxifying sweat and help loosen your muscles while you flow through an athletic and dynamic sequence of postures.
YOGA: Improves flexibility, range of motion and balance, as well as health of mind. All levels welcome!
AQUA ZUMBA® : Do all the same zumba dance moves in the water! Great workout!
ZUMBA® : 60 minutes of Latin inspired dance with easy to follow steps guaranteed to make you sweat!! Join the party!!
ZUMBA TONING : Same great zumba moves using 1.5 lb and 3lb toning sticks.
